Applications are covered by our money-back guarantee. If your application fails to pass Preliminary Risk Assessment, you won't pay a penny. If your application fails at a later stage, your fees will be returned to you, less £50, which is a non-refundable processing charge made by the Merchant Services provider.
HOW IT WORKS
Premium Service
Complete a short application form online and get immediate Preliminary Risk Assessment on the application. If you pass this, your credit or debit card (Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch or Solo) will be charged for the application and setup fees of £75, and your first annual fee (setup and annual fees are refunded if unsuccessful). You will then receive an email with links to downloadable documents requiring completion and signature. These are returned by you to the Merchant Service provider, whowill complete the risk assessment and inform you of their decision by email.
Special Service
If you do not have a credit or debit card, complete an enquiry form online and we will send you an application pack by post. Complete and return the simple questionnaire with a cheque/postal order for £225 (application, setup and annual fees plus £25 service fee). We then undertake Preliminary Risk Assessment on the application, and if you pass this, your cheque is banked for clearance. Once cleared, we then send you documents for completion and signature. These are returned by you to the Merchant Service provider direct, who will complete the risk assessment and inform you of their decision by post.
